Finally; for years now Anth and I have been searching the Internet, stores and Ebay for the forgotten episodes of HBO's Dream On. And now right when we thought there was no hope, and that this was a show long forgotten, Bam it blesses us with its creation and you can now find it at your local DVD sellers.
Growing up I took to this show in a very personal way, I can honestly say that there has only been a few shows on the tube that have had that kind of affect on me. I can remember crying when the main character Martin Tupper's son Jeremy got laid for the first time. You see I was the same age as the son in the show, and of course I identified with him on a large scale. I also was going through that age when seeking out ways to get into girls panties was the most important thing, you know the sixteen candles, American pie age. Raging hormones and all I truly felt that I was destine to never find happiness between the legs of the fairer sex. I also wanted to be Martin Tupper when I grew up, a neurotic goofy guy that was always getting involved in kinky/entertaining sexual escapades.
Wow unbelievable, what better way to recover from a break up, than to watch Dream On day after day.
