Lichtenstein for X-Mas

Found in ... I Don't Know if it's Art; But I Like it

A few years ago I bought 3 subway size posters of a few of my favorite bands; Saffron from Republica -she is such a babe-, Jamiroquai and Faith No More's Who Cares Alot -the UK version w/ Benny Hill on it-. Now these guys are huge, and look great on my wall. But I didn't just pin these things on the wall like some college squatter, I went and had them professionally mounted on wood -because they were to big to frame- and allthough it cost me a pretty penny, they look awsome. Now for many years now my favorite artist has been Roy Lichtenstein because of his comic book like paintings, and captions. Ever since I was a highschool kid I totally dug his work. Then when I found his painting Drowning Girl I completly fell in love with the piece -basically beacuse my name is on it and the girl looks like Saffron-. So this year I have asked my dear dear sister to possibly purchase this print for me, and I also menthoned it to my newly shaven and rather dapper father -can you sense the ass kissing here-. I figure I would hold on to it, and when I could save up the cash I would mount it like the others, and this would cost a bit since it is 47 1/4 x 55 1/2 in. But it would look fricken sweet.
