"Poultrygeist: Attack of the Chicken Zombies!" Filmed in Buffalo

Found in ... Flick Picks & the Boob-Tube

Unbelievable! I can't believe I missed this opportunity and it was right there under my nose -well in my home town at least-. Troma Entertainment creators of "The Toxic Avenger has completed filming of their new film Poultrygeist: Attack of the Chicken Zombies right here in Buffalo and I missed it. I so would have been an extra for this movie if I had known more about it. The Buffalo Niagara Film Commission had it listed on their site and I still missed out -I must be slacking-.

Basically the premise is about a Chicken shack is built on an ancient graveyard and chicken zombies rise from the grave terrorizing the people of Buffalo. What better place to have this than the home of the chicken wing. In the true spirit of Troma pictures, this is to be a gory cheesy ass film, but that's the fun part.

The converted the old McDonalds on Bailey Ave. to the American Chicken Bunker -as shown above- and completed their filming earlier this month. Keep an eye out for Poultrygeist: Attack of the Chicken Zombies! You might see someone you know in it.

I may be a slacker - a modern day Bill Murray type - but that doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about. I have the type of readers that live the slacker way and plainly enjoy life. If this is your demographic why not sponsor my ass. I could use the help, so if you're interested Click here to learn more about sponsorship opportunities. Thanks.
